Biography that doesn't meet WP:GNG. Most references are either self published (via Erickson Coaching Int., paid advertising = BC Business) or lack WP:SIGCOV. - Delete per WP:SIGCOV, WP:SOAP, and WP:COI. There are sources, but to call it significant coverage is an overstatement. The creator is an SPA who has only edited this, and related articles on the now-deleted Erickson Coaching, and possibly Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which is infamous for creating dozens of spammy articles here. The creator's name, Marko Erickson is suspiciously similar to the subject's inspiration, which leads me to think this was created by a family member or colleague.
